Billing for Midwives?
What is changing with
The online version of Billing for Midwives began in 2015, following several years of teaching similar in-person workshops.
Since that time, the program has grown and grown, and now contains over 16 hours of on-demand content. Extended Access members have enjoyed the addition of new sections, bonus sections, guest speakers, and updates along the way.
Those who are enrolled in the flagship course, Billing for Midwives, will receive a MEAC CE Certificate for 14 hours of CE if the course is completed by May 31st, 2022.
After May 31st, 2022, the Billing for Midwives program will transition to a new format, focusing on the support that Extended Access members have said they most need: Individualized help, and topic-specific mini-courses. (Á la carte enrollment, in both the flagship course and mini-courses, will still be offered as well.)
Starting June 1st, 2022, Billing for Midwives Extended Access members will enjoy the following benefits:
- Monthly opportunity to schedule a 30-minute private consultation at no additional cost - NEW IN JUNE 2022!
- Ongoing access to the flagship course, Billing for Midwives, for reference and/or CE*
- Ongoing access to BfM's mini-course Setting Your Fees: Finding That Sweet Spot, for reference and/or CE*
- Ongoing access to BfM's Community Birth Billing Practices and Reimbursement Survey Results
- Enrollment in new BfM's mini-courses as they are released
*Upon course completion, a HiveCE CE Certificate will be issued, which may be used as Category 2 CE for CPM renewals through NARM.
