Here's how it works...

Step 1: Select Your Conference Bundle
Everyone can utilize our standard 2023 Viewing Party Conference to create their local conference. If you are an Organizational Member, you can choose either our 2023 Viewing Party Conference...or we can create a custom conference to your liking! No matter who you are or what you choose, email [email protected] to get the ball rolling.

Step 2: Design Your In-Person Conference
You'll need to decide: location, other conference activities, refreshments, and if/how much you want to charge attendees in addition to the HiveCE conference fee. (At some point during Step 1 or 2, we'll have a Zoom meeting with you about the conference planning.)

Step 3: Address Local CE Requirements
Our conference bundle will provide CE that will be usable as Category 1 CE for CPM renewal through NARM. Together we will evaluate whether additional CE certifications are required for your state, and how best to obtain those. (Often the state midwifery association can provide CE that is accepted at the state level.)

Step 4: Open Enrollment for Your Local Conference
HiveCE will create a landing page especially for YOUR local conference, and provide you with a link to share with your local folks.

Step 5: Host Your Conference
Enjoy how good it feels to connect with your colleagues face-to-face...and with so much less work! Be sure to keep a sign-in sheet, which will be sent to HiveCE after your event.

Step 6: Wrap It Up
After the event, you'll send us a sign-in sheet for those who attended, and HiveCE will directly provide their CE Certificates. Participants who were unable to attend may be offered the option to transfer enrollment to an online bundle instead. If we collected fees on your behalf, we'll pop a check in the mail. Easy peasy!
