Refund Policies

  • We will refund 100% of your purchase price for any reason, so long as 1) it is within 30 days of the purchase date, 2) 10% or less of the course is completed, and 3) no MEAC or other completion certificate has been generated. Refund requests should be sent to jesica@HiveCE.com.

  • If a course goes on sale within 3 days after you purchase the course, you may request a partial refund to adjust the price to the sale price, and retain access to the course. Refund requests should be sent to jesica@HiveCE.com.

  • If a course is purchased during a sale period, qualifies for the sale price, and for any reason the full price is charged, you may request a partial refund to adjust the price to the sale price, and retain access to the course. Refund requests should be sent to jesica@HiveCE.com.

Mailing List

  • All students are automatically added to our email list, if they aren't already on it. We send out, on average, 1 to 4 emails per month. Occasionally there may be more. They will never be daily. We will never sell, give, or trade your name or contact information to anyone else. If for any reason you don't want to be on our mailing list, just click the unsubscribe option at the bottom of any email you receive from us.

Credit Card Information

We accept payments via Stripe and Paypal

  • Stripe is a third-party secure card processing company. As of 2017, Stripe is rated A+ by the BBB.

  • We now also accept payment via Paypal.

  • Only Stripe/Paypal has access to your full credit or debit card number. HiveCE does not.

Accuracy Is Important To Us!

  • Everything on HiveCE is fact checked to the best of our ability.

  • Sources are cited extensively in our courses.

  • However, things do change. If you spot a broken link, a typo, or anything that you think may be an error, please let us know so we may look into the issue, and notify students of a correction, if needed.
