General Refund policies:

Full Refunds

We will refund 100% of your purchase price for any reason, so long as 1) it is within 30 days of the purchase date, 2) 10% or less of the course is completed, and 3) no completion certificate has been generated. Refund requests should be sent to jesica@HiveCE.com.

Partial Refunds/Sale Adjustments

If a course goes on sale within 3 days after you purchase the course, you may request a partial refund to adjust the price to the sale price, and retain access to the course. Refund requests should be sent to jesica@HiveCE.com.

If a course is purchased during a sale period, qualifies for the sale price, and for any reason the full price is charged, you may request a partial refund to adjust the price to the sale price, and retain access to the course. Refund requests should be sent to jesica@HiveCE.com.

Some courses (including but not limited to our Hands-On Courses) will have additional Terms and Conditions as a condition of enrollment.


Mailing List:

All students are automatically added to our email list, if they aren't already on it. We send out, on average, 1 to 4 emails per month. Occasionally there may be more. They will never be daily. We will never sell, give, or trade your name or contact information to anyone else. If for any reason you don't want to be on our mailing list, just click the unsubscribe option at the bottom of any email you receive from us.


Credit Card Information:

Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal (your choice). Stripe a third-party secure card processing company. As of 2017, Stripe is rated A+ by the BBB. If you have any issues with Stripe, please let us know! We've been very pleased with them so far.

PayPal is very similar to Stripe, and you are likely to already be familiar with PayPal.

Only Stripe or PayPal has access to your full credit or debit card number. No such info is stored on HiveCE, and we cannot access your full credit card number.
